Is your online shopping secure?

Yes!  All payments made online to shubops.com are processed by PayPal.  SHUBOPS does not collect or store your credit card information at all.

My shoes haven’t arrived yet, how long should it take?

Most customers in Ireland enjoy next day delivery. However, An Post delivery within Ireland can take up to 3 working days.  Deliveries outside of Ireland may take 3-10 working days. 

Can I have my order shipped to two different addresses?

Yes, but you will need to complete two separate orders, one for each different shipping address.

What is ‘Friendly’ leather? What does ‘AZO Free’ mean?

SHUBOPS shoes are made using environmentally friendly, non-toxic dyes.  AZO dyes are synthetically produced and recently it has been recognised that some AZO colouring agents may have carcinogenic properties.  Our shoes are AZO Free.   

How are the shoes presented?

Your shoes will arrive in a clear SHUBOPS or Bella Bambino gift bag making them a super gift idea.  See Delivery Details for more information.

What is your Return & Exchange policy?

At SHUBOPS, customer satisfaction is a top priority and as such, we are happy to offer a no hassle refund/exchange policy (excluding cost of postage).  Simply return your shoes within 28 days of purchase, unworn (except for fitting) and in original packaging for exchange or refund.

Are SHUBOPS sold in shops?
