Pricing SHUBOPS reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice. The products displayed on this Website are in € Euro. In Ireland, children’s footwear is VAT exempt. For buyers outside of Ireland, import duty (if any) is payable by you.
Product Availability All items are subject to availability. If we sell out of an item, it will be taken off the Website as soon as possible. If an item that you order is out of stock, or unavailable for any reason, we will contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If our attempt to contact you is unsuccessful, we will continue to process and dispatch the remaining items on your order.
Colour Reproduction We attempt to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the website. However, because the colours you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, sometimes shoe colours may vary slightly from the colour of their images.
Payment All payments made to www.shubops.com are processed by PayPal. SHUBOPS does not collect or store your credit card information. Cancellations Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of the order being received. It is possible to cancel up until the product has been dispatched. To cancel, please phone us on +353 (0)87 287 9823 or +353 1 895 7815.
Returns Policy At SHUBOPS, customer satisfaction is a top priority and as such, we are happy to offer a no hassle refund/exchange policy (excluding cost of postage). Simply return your shoes within 28 days of purchase, unworn (except for fitting) and in original packaging for exchange or refund.
